We want you to love your new kicks, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 3 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Once approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the items back to us. Here’s what you need to know to get that refund:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.
- Tags: Footwear must still have the authenticity tags intact. If they’re removed, we can’t process your return.
- Packaging: Shoes need to be returned in their original box, placed inside a protective shipping box.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items, like Pre-Release, Vintage, or products from our “Hall of Fame” category, are final sale and can’t be returned. These will be clearly noted on the product description page.
- Promotional Sales: Items purchased during a promotional period are also final sale.
As long as your return meets these guidelines, we’ll process your refund and get you sorted.
